Matthew Vlangas, Principal

Matthew Vlangas is a finance professional with over a decade of experience in real estate, specializing in financial reporting, accounting, and asset management. Prior to co-founding Red Brick Investments and Downtown Realty, Matt served as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Elm Grove Companies, one of the largest and most successful real estate private equity firms in New Hampshire, for seven and a half years. In that role, he managed a team of ten and was responsible for accurate and timely reporting and analysis provided to both internal and external stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

During his time at Elm Grove Companies, Matt also served as the Treasurer of Elm Grove Cares, the firm's own 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Currently, he serves on the board of the SEE Science Center in Manchester, NH. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Darcie, and their two young daughters. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and gardening whenever time allows.

Matthew Lefebvre, Principal

Matthew Lefebvre is a driven real estate investor renowned for his ability to maximize returns and create opportunities. With a remarkable track record, he has quickly established himself as a prominent figure in the investment landscape. Throughout his career, Matthew has honed his expertise in real estate investment, leveraging his extensive market knowledge and strategic insights to achieve exceptional results.

During his tenure at Elm Grove Realty, he founded The Lefebvre Team (TLT), which later evolved into co-founding Downtown Realty and Red Brick Investments. Matthew has successfully facilitated the sale of over $100 million worth of real estate across New England. As a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM), he continuously seeks to stay ahead in the ever-evolving investment field. His involvement with the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NHCIBOR) further exemplifies his commitment to excellence in commercial investment.

Beyond his real estate endeavors, Matthew finds solace in the beauty of nature and enjoys spending time outdoors. He is equally passionate about giving back to the community and currently serves on the board of the Daniel Webster Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
